Refund & Returns Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY (eBooks)
At vitasipbymina.com, we specialize in digital products, particularly eBooks. By purchasing a digital product from our store, you agree to the following policy:
- All digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable content, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
- In accordance with Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), by downloading the digital product, you waive your right of withdrawal.
- During checkout, customers will be required to confirm that they understand and agree to these conditions before purchase is finalized.
If you have any issues accessing your eBook or receive a corrupt or incomplete file, please contact us immediately at hello@vitasipbymina.com so we can assist you.
2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (If Applicable)
In the case that physical products are sold through our store (e.g., merchandise, accessories), the following return conditions apply:
- We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required for all returns.
How to Initiate a Return:
Contact us at hello@vitasipbymina.com with your order details. If your return is approved, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send the item

Please note that customers outside of Portugal may experience longer shipping times for returns.
3. DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is damaged
- You receive the wrong product
- There is a manufacturing defect
We will evaluate the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund if applicable.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns for:
- Downloadable digital goods (eBooks)
- Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids, gases)
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items

5. EXCHANGES
For physical products, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
6. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – PHYSICAL PRODUCTS ONLY
If you are purchasing a physical item and reside within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days of receiving it, for any reason, without justification. The product must be in unused, original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to digital goods that have been downloaded or accessed.
7. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned physical product, we will notify you via email of the refund status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@vitasipbymina.com.
